Q. How much time do you require to set up?
A. Usually one hour is sufficient.

Q. We have been let down by our supplier and need a light system / sound system tonight!?
A. Please contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help you.

Q. Is your equipment PAT tested and do you have a relevant certificate?
A. Yes it is and yes we do.

Q. Do you have Public Liability Insurance (PLI)?
A. Yes. We have a £10m policy .

Q. Is delivery, installation and collection really included in the prices shown?
A. Yes it is, subject to being within our catchment area around Thetford which includes; Diss, Norwich, Swaffham, Bury St. Edmunds, Brandon, Methwold,  Elveden, Newmarket, Wymondham, Attleborough and Croxton. If your location is not stated please contact us to see if your address qualifies for inclusive delivery. We also service many other areas within Norfolk & Suffolk. Unlike others we do not charge travelling time but do charge 50p per mile to cover vehicle expenses. Any extra charge will be confirmed prior to booking.

Q. Is the equipment easy to use?
A. Yes! Immediately following delivery and installation, full instruction for correct operation of all equipment is provided, and any questions can be answered.

Q. Which areas do you cover?
A. We cover most of most of Norfolk & Suffolk.

Q. When do you require payment?
A. A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of £50 may be required to secure a booking. The balance is required in cash on system installation. Sorry we do not accept cheques.

Q. What happens if there is a technical problem?
A. Throughout the event we supply full telephone support on the mobile number shown on our ‘contact us’ page.

Many Options Available

We can offer many different up-lighting options, but we generally recommend:…. Our 4 LED uplighter pack for single rooms or walls…… Our 8 LED Uplighter package for small halls, small marquees and houses….. Our 12 LED up-lighter package for wedding venues, function rooms, and medium to large marquees and halls. You can Hire the LED up-lighting cans individual if required too, and all of our packages will include the required connection cables and controller.

The service we provide is convenient, affordable, reliable and professional, giving you the complete service for any special occasion.

We offer a delivery/set-up and collection service with any of our Uplighter packages, and can include advice on colour changing, and a quick tutorial of an easy-use colour changing DMX controller. Our technician will position the equipment in the necessary areas, setting up to the correct colours and settings accordingly and safely managing the cables where needed.
